"Since my introduction to Millinery 16 years ago, I have been aware of the brilliant service offered by the "girls" at (Brown's) Hatters Millinery Supplies. Oh my! My first visit to the Browns showroom in Sydney - I thought I was in Alladins Cave!
I can sincerely say the customer service is always second to none. Whether it be samples requested ASAP and dispatched immediately or the delivery of goods is always on time. I love the fact that Jenny and the team always keep me up to date with new stock as well as the latest trends.

I really enjoyed it for many reasons.; Your kind, generous and welcome hosting,; the large space full of all things Millinery... an extensive wall of blocks, flower making moulds, and very conveniently a whole room onsite stocked full of millinery materials available for students to purchase.

"I have always enjoyed ordering from Hatters, and was inspired to write recently following recent outstanding service from Catherine and her team. Being in the country it is difficult for me to get to the store, and Catherine really understood my needs, and was able to discuss colour choices and trims with the understanding of a practising milliner. It was an absolute delight to receive my mailed package in a very timely manner, with all pieces individually hand labelled; such a personal and thoughtful gesture. I love the combination photos on the website which inspire ideas, and ordering via phone is a sheer pleasure. The addition of the Pantone colour numbers really helps with colour choices too...thanks to Catherine and her team"
