Payment Options

Hatters Millinery Supplies accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard (through PayPal) and Direct deposit.  All options will be available when you are ready to check out. This secure website supports a socket layer of 128 bytes or more for security capabilities.

Postage Information

Hatters Millinery Supplies prides itself on our mail order service.  We charge you simply what it costs us.  Orders received will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day.  If there are any delays, you will be notified.  We offer standard (typically 3 - 5 days) and express (overnight to major cities) postage through Australia Post.  More details of delivery times can be found here.  We strongly recommend Express Post so that your order can be tracked.

Refund Policy

Should there be any manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for your goods to be returned.  Return postage is at the expense of the purchaser.  We do not offer refunds for change of mind.  Please note that dye lots can vary slightly during the manufacturing process and this is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Backorder Policy

We endeavour to update our website frequently when items are out of stock.  If for some reason we are unable to supply your order in full, we will contact you via phone to see if you would like a replacement product or to leave the item on back order.  All back orders for Australia and New Zealand will be sent free of charge.
