Description
These Japan Paper glazed paper straw Capelines are also often refered to as Toyo straw . They are made from shellacked rice paper. Woven with a 1 x 1 weave. They have a soft sheen and are suitable for creating hats, and fedoras.
Paper Capelines have approximately 9cm (3.5") brims and measure 52cm (20") from edge to edge.
