Polyester elastic with a pile on one side. Designed to put inside a hat as the head fit ribbon, sweatband elastic is softer on the head than Petersham. Stretch it slightly when you sew it in for a very neat finish.
Our Sweatband Hat Elastic is perfect to use as an inner headband in sewn hats as well as blocked hats such as the flat pack travel hat
