Crinoline, also known as Horse Hair braid( as historically it was made from thsi material) is a wonderfully versatile material, easy to shape and manipulate and can be used to create trims to enhance hats, fascinators, and headpieces. It was originally used in 16th century Europe fashion to support elaborate gowns and is still used for this purpose.sewn to the hem edge of a garment or linings. It is now most commonly found as an accessory or embellishment on bridal gowns, ballgowns, fascinators, millinery, dancing dress and other luxurious attire.
Crinoline is a nylon weave made out of 100% polyester.
This product is 50mm or 2" wide.
We supply in 25mm (1"), 50mm (2"), 75mm (3"), 150mm (6") and 200mm (8") across a range of colours.
