Raffia Stripe Sinamay

A natural product, Sinamay is woven from the Abaca plant and is one of the most versatile materials in the millinery business. We present  is a range of striped sinamay  that incorporate colour coordinated raffia strips(s) of various quality and format.  Please see details about each item and view the image carefully before selection and purchase. 

Ribbon Red: Similar to our Plain Weave Sinamay, but a slightly coarser weave and with a raffia stripe across the full width, every 35mm along the the length.  This is stiffened.

Pastel Green: Similar to our Plain Weave Sinamay, but a slightly coarser weave and with a raffia stripe across the full width, every 35mm along the the length.  This is stiffened.

Salmon Coral: Similar to our Plain Weave Sinamay, but a slightly coarser weave and with a raffia stripe across the full width, every 35mm along the the length.  This is stiffened.

Lupine: a coarse weave Sinamay with 10 varigated raffia stripes across the full width, every 50mm along the length.  This is unstiffened. The Raffia colours range from purple wine, orchid mist to smoking grape. 

Amethyst: a coarse weave Sinamay with 10-13 varigated raffia stripes across the full width, every 80mm along the length.  This is unstiffened.COlours in the raffia range from viola , ultra purple, and dahlia purple.
