Processing of orders

Millinery Products: We require full payment prior to our team dispatching orders. Some products are so “as-is” and are not refundable. See our Refund Policy for more details.

Workshops: When enquiring about or booking a physical workshop your order is only confirmed when you receive email confirmation. There are circumstances where a workshop may need to be cancelled or deferred. If we are required to cancel or defer a workshop then you are entitled to a full refund less costs associated with any goods or services already provided. See our Refund Policy for more details.

Digital Products: We require full payment in advance and these products are non-refundable.

Shipping / Postage

At Hatters Millinery Supplies, we are dedicated to providing you with a quick and affordable shipping service - we charge you simply what it costs us. Normally orders received will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day. If there are any delays, you will be notified. We offer standard (typically 3 - 5 days) and express (overnight to major cities) postage through Australia Post. More details of delivery times can be found on the Australia Post website. We strongly recommend Express Post for urgent orders.

Please note that once your order is placed we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us at info@Hattersmillinerysupplies.com.au immediately. In the event that your order has already been dispatched, Hatters Millinery Supplies takes no responsibility for the incorrect details entered.

International orders: Please contact us for our shipping costs prior to purchase. We send your items via Australia Post (with tracking) and your address will determine the delivery time and shipping costs.

Exception: Some of our products are classified as dangerous goods and are required to be transported by a freight company specialising in such good. There may be an extra charge associated with this.

Once an order has been shipped, a dispatch email will be sent to you with tracking details. Any delivery date that is specified is an estimate only and Hatters Millinery Supplies will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery. Deliveries must be signed for. We recommend a business address or an address where someone can sign for your delivery between 9am and 5pm.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in New South Wales, Australia. Orders are processed by 14:00 AEST each business day.
