Description
Crinoline, also known as Horse Hair braid, is a wonderfully versatile material, easy to shape and manipulate and can be used to create trims to enhance hats, fascinators, and headpieces.
Flocked Crinoline is available in 150mm (6") width. It has a drawstring on one edge.
Each colour has black chenille 'spots' (approx 6mm) attached down the length of the material.
Sold by the metre.
