Tube crinoline is often used in the making of cyberlox falls. This versatile material can be used in a variety of arts & crafts including millinery embellishments, textiles, fabric, beading and more. You can also create beautiful decorative bows, spirals, in flower arrangements or for the production of jewellery.
Tubular Crinoline is made out of 100% polyester.
