Crinoline, also known as Horse Hair braid. Tubular Crinoline is a diagonally woven tube.
This versatile material can be used in a variety of arts & crafts including millinery embellishments, textiles, fabric, beading and more. You can also create beautiful decorative bows, spirals, use in flower arrangements or for the production of jewellery.
Tubular Crinoline Thin is made out of 100% polyester.
